Rental Terms

Most equipment featured in this Brochure is offered for rent on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis. However, some items may re- quire a minimum rental term of one week or more. All rentals and purchases are subject to any applicable taxes.

Customer Qualification

Two forms of identification are required from all customers, preferably a current drivers license and a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Deposits and Credit Information

Customers are required to pay in advance for rental items, any supply items purchased and a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable at the conclusion of the rental period if no additional charges are due at the time of return of the rental equipment. Failure to return items on time, items returned dirty or damaged may incur additional charges.

Customers who rent frequently may be eligible for a credit account. To apply, complete a credit application online at www.valleyrental com or pick up an application at any Valley Rental location. Credit Applications should be emailed, faxed or retumed to the location that you will be using the most.

Delivery and Pick Up

Valley Rental Centers maintains a fleet of delivery vehicles at each location to provide transportation of equipment for our customers at competitive rates. We also offer trailers for rent, specifically designed for hauling different types of equipment that we offer.

Note: the equipment listed in this catalog reflects the most current models and specifications available at the time of its printing. However, we are constantly expanding and upgrading our equipment fleet, so you may encounter slightly different equipment at any given Valley Rentals location, but with no compromise in performance or reliability.

It is most important that you wear all the manufacturer's recommended safety equipment, review all safe operation manuals and decals, and observe all safety precautions when utilizing tools and operating equipment.

Prices may vary from location to location. Some equipment may not be available at all locations.

Operator/User assumes all responsibility for the use, care and inspection of PPE (Personal Protective equipment).
